What I know about daily fitness and personal training – alone at home, or outdoors in a group – comes from my own experience.
I had become very unfit, through nothing more than my own laziness, and found it hard to either motivate myself or exercise. I felt tired every day and my energy levels were very low.
But I found a local personal training group and I haven’t looked back – the fellow group mates all have similar goals (to get better and fitter with each session) and the trainers are top notch, giving me the encouragement and motivation I need.
